Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?  

A. SnugCube is committed to providing the highest quality products and the best customer service in the industry, and your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and allow up to 30 days after you receive your product to process a return.

Q. IS THERE GOING TO BE CHARGES FROM THE CUSTOM?

A. If you order from outside the US, there might be a custom charge depending on what country you live in. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it really depends where you are located. 

Unfortunately, some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for importing goods over a certain value. 

This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company, so we don’t get any of it. This is purely imposed by your local government which is outside of our control.

Please make sure you check what customs rules apply to your country before ordering.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but as stated this is not within our control, and the buyers will have to pay the customs tax should it happen. 

Snugcube will not be responsible for all customs tax. 

 

Q. WHERE CAN I FIND TRACKING INFORMATION?  

A. All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out to your registered email. If it has been more than 24 hours and you haven't heard from us, please contact us at hello@snugcube.com for us to look into it.
This will also depend on whether you have selected tracked shipping at checkout.

Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.


Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

A. It will usually take 10-20 business days for USA delivery, and 15-30 days for international delivery. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.  With most of the trendy products that we sell on this website, in some cases it will take an additional 10-20 days for processing and delivery time due to the high demand from our loyal buyers.  
Due to the nature of some of the items that we sell, the Customs department of your country might hold the items for a longer period of time but this is something that is outside of our control.  These items normally would go through the Customs with no problem - it will just take a bit of time to process through their facility. 
We are always trying to improve on our delivery time so please be patient with us in the mean time!


Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days. It will also depend on whether you have opted for tracked shipping at checkout.

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.


Q. IS SHIPPING REALLY FREE?
A. Yes shipping is free worldwide. 


Q. WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.


Q. WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 


Q. WHY DID I RECEIVE MY ITEMS SEPARATELY?

A. We ship from different warehouses around the world to be able to keep offering free shipping worldwide to all our customers, and be able to offer low prices for our products. Please allow your up to 3 - 4 weeks for the items to arrive separately.  We thank you for your patience and understanding.
